Chef Brian Klauss C.C. the owner of Bake Krazy grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Graduated from Lake Shore High School and then joined the United States Marine Corp. After his discharge Brian earned a degree in Printing Technology and Culinary Arts. He owned and operated Flamingo Label for 25 years producing labels which were sold worldwide. He has also owned several food establishments which include, The Perfect Pickle Restaurant of East Tawas and The Perfect Pizza of Washington, Michigan. A Certified Culinarian and now the owner of Bake Krazy of Port Sanilac, Michigan.
